Q: What is RGBICW / RGBICWW technology?
A: Unlike traditional RGB LEDs that show one color at a time, RGBICW (and RGBICWW) technology uses individually addressable LED segments. This means each section of the lamp can display a different color simultaneously, creating beautiful gradients and flowing multi-color effects.
Q: How many colors can the lamp display?
A: Our lamps support up to 16 million colors with full-spectrum customization through the app.
Q: Does it work with Alexa or Google Assistant?
A: Our current models use Bluetooth connection and do not support Alexa, Google Assistant, or other voice assistants.
Q: What app do I need?
A: Download the free "Giant Home" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Connect via Bluetooth to access all features.
Q: How bright are the lamps?
A: Brightness varies by model — the Corner Floor Lamp Pro offers 1300 lumens (great for room lighting), while the Table Lamp provides 500 lumens (ideal for desk/bedside use). All models have adjustable brightness.
Setup & Use
Q: Is assembly difficult?
A: Not at all! Our floor lamps require no tools and can be assembled in under 5 minutes. The table lamp is ready to use out of the box.
Q: Can I control multiple lamps with one app?
A: Yes, the Giant Home app supports multiple devices. You can control each lamp independently.

A: Standard shipping within the US takes 5-8 business days and is free on all orders. Expedited shipping (2-4 business days) is available for $9.99.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to the contiguous US (48 states) only.
