Return & Refund Policy

At LightJoy Limited (operating oiynhome.com), your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

The item is in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and components are included
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return: items damaged due to misuse or accidents, items without original packaging, and items marked as final sale.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@oiynhome.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped), we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange defective or damaged items for the same product. Contact us at support@oiynhome.com to arrange an exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
